The Superior Family Room is exceptionally spacious, featuring a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals for the kids. The cleanliness and stylish decor were impressive. Conveniently located with several dining and shopping options nearby, our family had a delightful stay, although the walking distance to major stations took slightly longer than expected. The nearby cafe served delicious cheese sandwiches, enhancing our experience.

Excellent Location for Exploring Osaka

I recently stayed in a Comfort Triple Room for 5 nights and found the location to be excellent, just a short walk from Umeda station, making it easy to access Nara and Kyoto. The room was spacious and comfortable for my family, and having a kitchenette was a nice bonus. However, the bathroom did have a bit of a moldy smell that could have been addressed better.

The Comfort Triple Room offered ample space, making our stay comfortable. We really appreciated having a kitchenette for prepping meals, which added convenience to our trip. The washing machine in the room was a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. Additionally, the overall cleanliness exceeded our expectations, creating a pleasant environment.

Despite the many positives, the amenities could be improved in some areas.
